Paycheck to Plan is made by Sydney Stephen. This page explains what happens to your information, in plain language.

The waitlist

When you join, I collect your email address and anything else you choose to share in the form (your first name, how often you're paid, your biggest money struggle). I use it only to:

• tell you when Paycheck to Plan launches, and send occasional updates about it;
• understand what people need, so I can build the right things.

Your details are stored with my email provider, Kit (kit.com), which may store data outside Canada. I never sell or share your information with anyone else.

Every email has an unsubscribe link. You can also email hello@paychecktoplan.com any time to see, change or delete what I have about you.

The app

Your budget, your numbers and your notes are saved on your own device, in your browser. They aren't sent to me or anyone else. Because of that, clearing your browser data or changing phones can remove your plan, so use Back up in the app's settings now and then.

If a future version adds accounts or syncing between devices, this page will be updated first, and you'll be told before anything changes.

This website

This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. It's hosted on Cloudflare, which keeps basic technical logs (like IP addresses) to keep the site running and secure.
